Paramedic here. I have 370,000 AMEX points (accumulated over many years) that I want to spend on some outlandish travel or experience. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I separately have 350,000 Hilton points, if that makes a difference.

I guess I'm looking for either some first class flights that I could never otherwise afford -or- some outlandish hotel stay free with points. Basically, I could never afford to spend $5K on a flight or $5K on a hotel, so wanting to do a cool experience.
