I booked an Economy return for £91:
  • £16 fare
  • £13 APD
  • £22 Passenger Service Charge
  • £11 Air Transport Tax (Germany)
  • £7 Airport Security Charge (Germany)
  • £20 Passenger Service Charge (Germany)
The £16 are definitely lost, but how much of the rest will BA pay me back?

And will they take a £15 service fee? I'm Gold if that matters.

Just trying to work out if it's better to cancel and rebook, or to change the booking.
It's a £15 service fee if done online, £30 if you use a contact centre (and £40 if you ever find anyone at an airport able to do it). You won't get the £16 back, but you should get the rest. So I think that's £60 back. If there was an airline surcharge - on long haul - that's treated like the £16 as a fare.
