Has anyone had this problem before? On my Chase statement it says I earned 6,021 from BA purchases, but the total it lists as transferred to EC doesn't include those Avios. I checked my EC account and indeed they only transferred 76. I called Chase and was told they couldn't do anything and to call BA, but surely that can't be right because Chase only ever transferred the 76. Any suggestions on how to reclaim the missing Avios? Thanks!
