Personally I had great experiences at Glass Hostaria (modern Italian/Michelin starred kind of place) and La Pergola (chef Heinz Beck) at the Cavallieri Waldorf Astoria Rome.

one of my favourite Neapolitan Pizzeria has recently opened an outpost in Rome Via Flavia, and I would recommend it for Lunch
