Same concerns here. Even more concerned after I called this morning. I originally called United (as an earlier post seemed to indicate this was the right course). United transferred me to Chase. Person I spoke to had no idea about a system change (referenced above) and said this is normal, that it happens sometimes and it could take a full statement cycle/nothing to be concerned over. I reiterated that this seemed odd and it had never happened before. He said to keep an eye on it and if ithe miles didn’t post for another week (ie approx two weeks from when they should have), that I could call Chase again (not United).
