For a business class RTW, I would try to get Alaska Airlines to book it, as they may charge lower fuel surcharges.
A few weeks ago I spoke with an AS reservations person who told me that they had been briefed on how to book Oneworld RTWs, but she herself hadn't done one yet. I certainly think it's worth a phone call.
