It is, frankly, a PITA, I took the conscious decision to take an otherwise pointless flight to ensure I had the required sectors to go along with the reduced threshold - and that was touch and go based on my perceived value of having silver for another year.

And they can't even bloody well get that right! 10 days on and still looking decidedly rusty. Unable to select seats for a flight I just booked, and at risk of being kicked out of ones already selected for a busy flight over new year

So I've got nowhere useful with Twitter (first response was to confirm I was definitely renewed; second response was to say they'd pass on my issue to the EC but wouldn't expect a response).

And I've also got nowhere on the phone after a long wait (the agent, who I would suggest was located in India, saying she would fill out a request for the EC to fix within 10 days).

Can anyone please suggest the next step, or tell me how to best get the attention of our resident lurker?
