thanks for the tip, I should really call in. I think it was a $75 fare difference last time from standard to flex (YYZ-YVR) but they still wouldn't go for it; and I think it was booked third party as well. But from now on I'll try to call in.

My complication due to the nature of my business is having a different company pay for my travel each time - sometimes it's pulling teeth just getting them to book AC.
