That's fair it's certainly
possible that the ticket is merely out of sync. However, in that case, it's normal for it to print a message about the reservation needing to be resynced. But, with United IT, I agree that it's worth a shot.
That said, since OP seems to be having bad luck with UA agents, I don't have a ton of confidence in finding a good one. OP, what does EVA's site show for your reservation?
