Does it really work to go to the airport ticket desk and buy the tickets there to avoid the CIC charge? Have you done it with Frontier?
For instance, this is a r/t fare with no discount, listed on their website. Would it really be ~$10 without the $24 CiC. I kinda want to go to the Airport and try it out tomorrow.
