Hi all: I too have missing Delta miles from a few weeks ago. I was happy to see the online retroclaim form, but that is frustratingly not working for me. I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar experience or would be able to answer some of my questions below.

My first question is whether I am doing anything wrong with the form. It provides an option for "Flights" and "Other Partners.". Since I don't see Delta listed under "Other partners", I am assuming that I should be using the "Flights" section. However, neither my ticket number nor my PNR are working there. And when I go to enter "flight number" instead, there is no option to choose which airline.

My second question is what does one submit as proof if one (foolishly) used electronic boarding passes on one's phone, instead of getting printed boarding passes?

Given that neither my PNR or ticket number are registering as valid, I tried my best to submit a claim using the flight number (but as noted above, not being able to add or choose DL in front of the number) and the various pieces of online documentation that I do have (flight receipt, etc.). I received a strange e-mail back from FB that said " For e-ticket xxxxxxx, I would like to help you but you can only earn Miles on services for which you have a contract, an invoice, or a booking in your name.". All of the documentation I sent was in my name, but perhaps the intent is to say that they don't consider the documents I sent to be "a contract, an invoice, or a booking".

Final question: if I reply to that email address ([email protected]) does anyone know if it will normally be read and replied to? I don't see any kind of "no reply" warning.

Many thanks in advance for any insights you can share!
