A post on an FB forum mentioned the same thing. They called United (after Chase told them to) and they were told it had to do with an upgrade to their system and it could take 4-6 weeks.
4-6 weeks? That’s incredible. Wondering if this is also affecting posting of pqp’s earned based on spending. Thanks for the head’s up. I may call them tomorrow anyway as it’s been a full week since they should’ve posted. If I hear anything postworthy, I’ll circle back.
