Quick update: called AA and had no issue adding an infant to this partner Award. It was the first time the CSR did this, so she read the instructions carefully and did it in 10min with no issue whatsoever. Only thing I am surprised is that she charged a $40 ticket issue fee for both parents. Not sure why and I will inquire. But at least the infant has an eticket number and will travel on QR.
