40l doesnt really help to assess , you should refer to wizzair size charts , provided in centimeters . If visually it looks too big , then you might be asked to pay either at check-in or at the gate
It is a kind of lottery , if one agent deemed your bag to be oversized then you are screwed up , as baggage purchased at airport is more expensive than pre-purchased online before flight
