This happens in LHR as well. The Lufthansa Senator Lounge is inside the Lufthansa Business Lounge. You get a one-time QR code on a slip of thermal paper when you check in at the front desk (i.e. entering the Business Lounge) which in turn opens the door to the inner sanctum. The difference appears only to be the availability of hard liqour,
