Go look at OMAAT’s points.com links (used as an example) when he writes about a sale by an airline or hotel that uses points.com to do a sale. Those are for sure referral links. I would bet money there’s a OMAAT kickback on using that link.

AS miles are sold by, you guessed it, points.com. It’s a sucker bet they pay for referral links. I sure as hell would if shill- I mean, promoting them with press releases to esteemed members of the travel blogging community got people to drop a couple thousand in cold hard cash. Write about that amazeballs CX redemption for the 6847th time and ch-ching..I would argue this is potentially MORE profitable of a referral than a credit card signup where you have to hand out a signup bonus up front. So why wouldn’t points.com be willing to pay for the action?
