My 2 past experiences on SQ (not LH) were D award advantage and D revenue business lite share the same D. Thus new/inexperienced CS sometimes mixed them up. And rebooked me on a date when D award is not available but available on D revenue.

Sounds almost like a HUCA situation based on who you get.
It's just an advantage award in F (not suites) I wanted to move a day or two and that award is only on wailist. Haven't checked inventory at EF.
