As a matter of fact LH Miles&More FTL (*A silver) gives me access to LH, OS, SN, LX, LO own J level lounges (but no airport's contract lounges) when departing on any of the Miles&More member airlines flight. But no guests though.
Interesting about the LH group's lounge policy. The set up of the LO lounge at WAW is also weird, there is a lounge for *G inside the Business lounge, so *G has to go through the business lounge and then find their way to the *G lounge (there was another dragon to check eligibility) - once the eligibility was confirmed, Mr was treated with a smile
