I see some.comments on the CC spend but I think for 1K the CC spend counts for the PQF/PQP combo which has always been the case, or is there a change and the PQF/PQP combo does not include CC spend?

Would you please confirm that the increased CC spend does count for 1K in the PQP spend in the PQF/PQP combo. This has always been the case but I am seeing some FTers stating there is a change.
