Ha! Don't get me started on my complaints with OS. Their ridiculous minimum connection time and consistently losing my luggage - every single time I've flown with OS this year they've not transferred my luggage. To the extent that when I fly with them I always bring extra hand luggage ensuring I have enough clothes and toiletries for the inevitable baggage mis-connect. And I found the longhaul business, although the bed was comfortable, far too small in terms of storage and space (777-200). Not to mention trying to step over the person next to me, which for some reason is much more difficult in OS than LH. Don't ask me why. Service-wise in the air LH wins hands down. On the ground, LX are excellent, particularly in Zurich. I do try to avoid OS now. I'm only flying all of these so much this year in order to hit Senator. I'll reset next year and fly other airlines more so I'm not so bitter towards these three airlines
