Back at the beginning of the year, when BA was facing huge operational issues (even bigger than their current ones), Sean Doyle sent a note round customers promising various improvements to come. One of these was a system that would allow passengers to track bags through each stage of the journey similar (I assume) to what AA offers on its app. I don’t think there’s been any word on it since (or indeed much word from Sean Doyle) has anyone heard anything?
