and I think your answers have to be detailed
to thoroughly explain the law. (I don't thing
anything is a clear cut, one line answer.)

Just a suggestion: Have you ever thought of
putting together a pamphlet or small book on
"Frequent Flyer travel... under the law" or something like that? It might have a few buyers among us. CATMAN
