I am a TD Infinite cardholder now and just got this offer as well. Any downsides to be aware of? My card fee comes up in January, so this seems like it not only gets me 20,000 points (30,000 if I keep it for the anniversary I guess), but also some SQM carryover and the $150 fee I would have paid to keep my existing card (which I've basically had for years).
