Even then, I saw some getting extra screening at the usually pretty efficient transfer security. Your arrival gate also makes a difference. At its most efficient, I would still budget 25 mins to get from arrival, through transit, and to departure gate. So, to answer your question, it’s absolutely doable but tight.
Btw, if you’re sitting in back and there were an option to fly on KE metal, it might shave down on the time- on my flight yesterday, Korean shuffled the economy seating during the descent to help those with tight connections sit closer to the exit. In other words, they’ll do whatever it takes to get you to your next flight.
