Booked a premium crossover through National. Showed up and was told that none were available. Was given an option of Minivan or Nissan Armada at National, declined it, was walked to Enterprise where I was given the option of a Range Rover. Declined as it only had 2 rows. Eventually they found a Toyota Highlander. Returned it the next day as it was smelly and high mileage, with the intent of taking a Nissan Armada. Alas, none were available, so I settled for a minivan Chrysler Pacifica.
