Capital One Offers shopping portal.
So this is their version of Amex Offers. Very few reviews online. Has a reputation of taking 3 months to get the cashback OR never tracking. Nonetheless, some offers are tempting like 15% Saksoff5th (I'd consider it =~ 10% Rakuten/MR).

Does anyone know if you have to use a CapOne card? Has anyone used a non-CapOne card and received CB? Any DP appreciated.
