If I flew Delta I’d get into Skyclub. If I flew American I’d get into Admirals club. There don’t appear to be any other options.
Does Sky Club allow Virgin travellers seeing that they codeshare?
FYI Virgin start a new route to LHR from TPA soon and I have flights booked in January. Just thinking ahead of time
Hubby is at airport now. The International Lounge that Virgin uses at terminal F is only for Upper Class and Virgin Gold; no Delta platinum, etc. The International Lounge is not the AA lounge, but a separate location.
The only option my husband would have had would be to go to the Delta Sky Club in terminal E, but unlike many other airports (ex. Orlando, Atlanta, MSP), Tampa's security is at the end of each gate, so this would require multiple security checks and well as multiple monorails. This is really not that practical. I'm think Delta customers may cause push-back; we will have to see.
Also, the Virgin plane leaves fairly late (tonight at 8.50pm), so this limits food and beverage purchase options before take-off.
