Hyatt activity log is super confusing to me. Recently, I made a reservation using 75K points and a free night certificate. The log showed the certificate used but not point deduction even though I was certain that the points were deducted by looking at my point balance. There were a couple of times, I thought the points weren't correctly redeposited when I cancel a reservation. Called. The agent insisted that I never had reservation to begin with because they could not see when the points were deducted.
