Utterly ridiculous premise here. I have had worse service from United crew and even world famous Singapore Airlines pissed me off once by allowing some stupid lady to take up my underseat space for 14 hours because she was a B you woildnt believe and the flight crew didnt want to deal with her. Never once did I feel unsafe though.

I mean really this is the FAA which oversees the airlines, you'd think they would allow anything unsafe to occur so an airline can save money? Their customer service sucks, everyone knows it. If someone doesn't like it they fly on the others.
