When you go to the SSK it often tries to charge you for the bag in which case the check in desk will over ride it . Its a Plus fare but EI systems being what they are have issues . If you really want you can call EI and ask for them to add the bag so it shows in your App . It can be done even if they are reluctant to do it .
What do you need to tell EI if you call about an avios fare, so that they don't treat it as an EI Saver Fare (i.e. get the carry-on bag and seat selection via phone)
