Stupid question
I was able to book a single award ticket from JFK to NRT on First and NRT to BLR in Coach I think it does not have First cabin but business was not available too. Is there any chance I could get it upgraded at the gate (or even in flight) if by chance seat is open? Or am I dreaming? :/
