Greeted warmly on our return from DOH this morning by the CSM before takeoff. Theoretical seating seemed to work as well keeping the seat next to me in CW clear. A very keen Gatwick crew but some obviously newer members of the team helping out in CW. Offered first choice of meals etc. and addressed by name through the flight. I saw the CSM heading off into WT+ armed with a couple of glasses of champagne and nuts on a tray to look after some (presumably gold) frequent flyers.
