I received a ‘gold’ personal greeting this week flying to PHL in F from LHR. The Inflight Lead thanked me for my loyalty and informed me that I had just renewed ‘Gold’. I have not needed to renew gold since LTG was initiated I think in 2013.

However I was flying under my AA EXP loyalty number.

I also was called by the Concorde Team when I was sitting in the CCR before the flight. They said they had been looking for me and did I need any assistance getting to the aircraft which was departing from the B gates. Maybe the Concorde Team was not busy and we’re reaching out to anyone flying F that day.

Maybe BA and AA talk more than we think…..re status of passengers
