from my limited experience with prem eco tickets PRE stands for PE and determines the cabin in which your ticket is booked (also appears on a connector in eco) and STAND determines the standard option in contrast to BASE or FLEX.

Coding BPs this way helps checkin staff to quickly see baggage allowance or gate staff in priority boarding.

However for the pax it looks weird and is a change from longtime experience.
