Not really. Jokerit used to play in KHL but that's obviously not happening any more. Below the Elite league, the level of play declines quite rapidly, and there are no Helsinki-based teams in the second tier (there are however teams from Espoo and Vantaa which are right next to Helsinki and the Vantaa-based team plays their home games quite close to the airport).
