Not for me, I get back all transactions fees and no advance charge. But like I said it may depend on your client status.
I also have a Chase ATM card which works the same, zero fees and ATM fee refund.
Maybe test it before your splurge.

Terrific thank you - it makes sense , it’s because you also have the Chase ATM (bank with Chase) , so I get your benefits now. We will use our Chase ATM/CSR as well.
