used 4 cat1-4 certs but that was a mistake. No upgrades, this room doesn't even have a chair. Was offered a larger interior room, but too gloomy, as others have reported.

I understand they are full for the first few nights but won’t even consider an upgrade in my last night prior to morning of . Every other hyatt would not make you wait until morning if.

I can’t combine my room reservations so have to get new keys every day.

front desk is overworked and very little globalist recognition .

Not sure I’d come back. The basic king is poor, as are the interior rooms. TSUs confirm into interior suites, very gloomy.
