Yes, I wouldn't over estimate the intellectual reach of TAP's IT. So long as the boarding pass says *G then you can use fast track. In fact if you use the wrong lane the agent may spot it and direct you to the right area. By all means have your Star Gold card handy but I've never needed it for any reason at LIS.
