I didn't go into details with them but the problem didn't seem to be being physically unable to buy/receive the tickets but moreso that when they reached out to the museum to purchase tickets they denied them saying they can't buy for someone else.

I think practically speaking, it's a case where someone can buy for you and put your name on it and no one will care, but official policy by the museum is that they can't openly allow that I guess? Now if I was some rich executive VIP paying cash for executive suite visiting with the same request I don't doubt that someone would find a way to do it for me, but I'm just your standard globalist lite staying a few award nights with points.
