I agree with this sentiment above that AA generally treating better. Some weeks ago for example I was travelling to JFK and when I arrived to the gate area (all the board was saying boarding) I approached a lady in AA uniform asking if the boarding started (it was loads of people everywhere) turned out she was looking for AA CK people and I mentioned I’m GGL. She immediately said no problem escorted me to a small area where all other CK people were waiting. Boarding started shortly after this and as she escorted us to the plane door she said that BA has not sent my name over but reassured anytime I’m here just let her know. So a few nice words and everyone is happier. I doubt it cost arms and legs to AA to provide this. BA could do this on some key routes but that is just wishful thinking. I also like the JFK terminal 8 boarding process where they just using cameras and you don’t have to show anything just walk through the gate.
