I agree it's a resort but Hyatt doesn't seem to currently have them listed as one. I saw that the Thompson Suites were sold out the night I was departing so hadn't even asked for a late checkout. Thought it was a little odd that they preemptively sent a text denying late checkouts when I hadn't asked for one, and when I still had the room booked for another two nights.
