it may be released for clubworld passengers who are generally BA gold or above if club is full. You will either be moved there or not and there's nothing you can do to influence it. I don't know about OWE but suspect you won't be first in line to be moved to the seat. If you are moved it will be in the last few hours before the flight. Conventional wisdom to increase your chances is check in as early as you can but don't download your boarding pass.
