I'm flying DXB-FRA in a few days on LH in Premium Economy. Have tried to upgrade using points on SK's website but have been told that no business seats were available (Business was bookable on lh.com). Just not it worked and once I confirmed the upgrade I was instantly deducted 30.000 points from my Eurobonus account for a Star Alliance upgrade. All good.
However, I have not received any confirmation e-mail (it's been a couple of hours) and on lh.com I see no change to my booking.
Anyone that has any experience with this?
