I have transferred points to miles several times but I didn't get any emails. Perhaps I might need to check my communication preference setting.

Anyhow I checked my point activity and found below after transferring 240k to AA:

Bonvoy points to partner currency transfer award +60000 (rewards)

Points to mile bonus -240k -60000 (bonus)

Bonvoy points to partner currency transfer award -240000 (rewards)

Fingers... crossed?
