I made a similar mistake on date once and called to cancel because i didn't realise you could do that online. The agent was very helpful and instead offered to change the date so I wouldn't need to cancel and re-book. Unfortunately they couldn't get it to work with 2 attempts so ended up refunding and I just rebooked online with the correct dates. But in theory it could save you a step by calling if the IT is working that day.
