Hi,
I recently asked this question in the newbie section but realised this might be a better thread.
We have a flight tomorrow booked to IST booked as an award ticket via SAS Eurobonus. We have previously selected seats but when I try online check in, we are asked to select seats again and our seats are unavailable. If I cancel the check in, our previously selected seats still show in the ‘manage booking’ section.
What should we do?
