*Correction: Hyatt does have them listed as a resort.
They call themselves a resort but they are lying or misinformed. Hyatt has them coded as a hotel. When checking in via the Hyatt app it gave the option of selecting a late checkout time up until 4pm
which doesn't show up at resorts.
I had two back to back reservations and halfway through my stay I received the following text:
"Buenas tardes, or system shows you are checking out today, we know you are a Globalist guest and the late check out is one of you benefits, however on the resorts is subject upon availability and due the high occupancy your room has a new guest arriving today. We kindly ask you to please help us checking out from your room so House keeping can have it ready on time for the next arrival, during your waiting time the bellboy will be able to hold your luggage and the SPA will be available in case you need to take a shower and get ready prior your departure.
Front Desk Host."
