I've been having issues with the Visit Japan website not letting me filling in the Fast Track section. I've been able to register my passport information but it won't give me a page to register my vaccination card. It's hanging up on the Question WEB tab sending me to a blank page. So far I've got both Immigration and Customs QR codes, just waiting on the MOH.

Any Ideas? I'm not leaving until Nov 25 so it's not a major issue (yet)
