I would have thought that control of a £2M travel budget would have put you on their radar for special treatment. I thought the threshold for PREM was around the £2M mark but that's perhaps out of date. Come to think of it, how would they know that you are control of it unless there's a BA relationship manager for your company? Or perhaps the corporate travel agent is getting your perks!!

I've had a car meet me from time to time arriving from US flights but not since pre-Covid days. Maybe they will surprise me next week...
