If you prefer location I will choose new Garamond, next is Sheraton and last AC which is located near 'green area' Blonie and Park Jordana.
From AC to Garamond is 30-35min walking.
Design of inside Sheraton, is not like standard hotels from this brand - it is more modern and lighter style and you have nice lounge.
